Buried worker rescued from deep, collapsed trench

A 5-meter-deep trench collapsed on top of a Thai worker on Wednesday, leaving him with only his body and was pulled alive from the soil. &nbsp,

The 28-year-old, identified only as Jin, was working in a drains channel&nbsp, being dug in front of Wat Boon Samphan in tambon Nong Phrue of Chon Buri’s Bang Lamung area. It caved in some places. &nbsp,

When Sawang Boriboon Foundation rescuers arrived, they discovered the boy’s colleagues digging barefoot and reaching him.

He was stranded underneath a lot of dirt, which made the recovery effort challenging. They excavated the sandy soil with the aid of a shovel on a vehicle until the Cambodian’s head and hands came out. &nbsp,

They soon put an oxygen mask on Mr. Jin after he had been suffocating beneath the soil for about ten days. He was freed and lifted out after half an hour by them. &nbsp,

He was unconscious but not unconscious and able to respond to inquiries. He was taken to Bang Lamung Hospital with scratches on his system.

The tunnel is 5 feet full. The trench was thought to have collapsing because of the latest heavy rains that had sprayed the soil. It was rapid. The site’s brain specialist claimed that there were no warning symptoms.
