Blinken and Wang discuss Taiwan, China’s support for Russia

The two held an hour and 20 minutes of conversation on the outside of a local summit in Laos, marking their seventh meeting since Blinken visited Beijing in a sign of a strained relationship between the country’s two biggest markets.
