The Red and Purple coach lines in Bangkok have a 20-baht level fare that will go into effect right away, according to Transport Minister Suriya Juangroongruangkit on Monday.

According to Mr. Suriya, the State Railway Authority had declared the program to be operational.

At Krung Thep Aphjiwat Central Terminal, Bangkok’s main rail station in the Chatuchak city, the 20-baht ticket price will go into effect at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
