'Zombies 3' makes it hard to get fired up for a sequel that feels dead on arrival

Of all Disney’s teen-musical franchises (see “High School Musical” and “Descendants”), “Zombies” overcame its strained cuddly-zombie premise to get the most unexpectedly attractive, augmenting its designs of bigotry and acceptance with best-in-class songs. 'The Gray Man' puts Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans in spy mode as Netflix flexes its action muscle

“The Grey Man’s” biggest muscle mass flex doesn’t originate from Ryan Gosling or even Chris Evans (ofcourse not that they’re slackers), but rather the overall casting, tossing in Ana de Armas after her butt-kicking Bond part as well as RegĂ©-Jean Page post-“Bridgerton, ” Jessica Henwick (“The Matrix”) and Indian superstar Dhanush. The script, alas, is a bit of a 98-pound weakling, but given the escapist demands probably adequate to get the job done.Continue Reading
