House Speaker Chuan Leekpai has been discharged from hospital right after treatment for Covid-19 and will continue his recuperation at home, a spokesman said on Friday.
Sukit Atthopakorn, who may be an adviser in order to Mr Chuan, mentioned the speaker was allowed to leave Ramathibodi Hospital on Thursday after his condition improved.
Mr Chuan, who is also the parliament president, had been admitted to the medical center on Tuesday struggling mild symptoms of the particular coronavirus.
It was his 2nd recent visit to a healthcare facility. The veteran Liberal politician, was rushed to Ramathibodi from parliament on 06 28 after he developed a fever.
