Just as they contemplated starting a community, Lim found out she had infertility.

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the coating of the woman’s uterus increase outside the uterus – it may influence the ovaries, fallopian tube and tissues lining of the hips.

Although the tissue is growing in places it should n’t be, the endometriosis tissues thicken, break down and bleed every menstrual cycle. The problem can cause lesions and problems for people, especially during their periods.

Endometriosis can also lead to reproduction troubles, which was precisely what Lim faced.

” The pcos was serious enough to cause me problems, even when I was not having my time. What’s more, I had a couple of ovarian tumors. Often, passing motion would be terrible too”, said the 36- year- older.

She decided on surgery to remove the cervical cysts and ovarian disease of tissues in the pubic area to reduce the pain but also to provide herself a possibility at conceiving.

THE JOURNEY FROM INFERTILITY TO Notion

In 2018, after her surgery and recovery, Lim and her husband decided to conceive via intrauterine insemination ( IUI). The procedure boosts the chances of conception by injecting eggs into the uterus, reducing vacation time to the person’s egg.

However, it did not work. ” It was sorrow after sorrow”, she recalled.
