Neo is encouraged that there is an upsurge in the game after six centuries of training and three years of running Lion City Parkour. She is teaching it as a co-curricular engagement in some international schools in Singapore. She said she has yet to be able to persuade any neighborhood universities to try running because it is still deemed to be too risky.

Parkour can fit into the typical Singaporean’s life if we can dispel this myth, she said, noting that running would work best against the backdrop of parkour in Singapore. Training is possible in normal urban constructions like railings, surfaces, and ledges.

In fact, some running instructors travel to Singapore for education, Neo continued. Three people from Europe and Asia were gathered at Neo just last month.

According to her, Parkour transforms metropolitan areas into a park. When you pick up gymnastics, you start to see obstacles in a very different way. You may do vaults over it rather than sitting on a chair.

You would come over, come under, and chimpanzee around in a park like you used to when you were younger, playing in any location the way you used to. She said,” You don’t need fancy equipment.” No matter what your age, you feel young. ”
