A multi-vehicle collision on the Ayer Rajah Expressway ( AYE ) on Thursday morning ( Apr 17 ) resulted in the evacuation of 22 people to hospitals.
Around 7.55 a.m., along the AYE towards Central Expressway, before the Pan Island Expressway enter, was the SCDF’s (SCDF) notification of the accident.
SCDF transported 13 citizens to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, while 9 were transported by them to the National University Hospital.

Many people were seated on the side of the road, and riders were parked side by side.
A bright Causeway Link bus’s glass was pictured strewn around the accident site in a subsequent Facebook post.
