SINGAPORE: Asian markets opened in the red on Monday ( Apr 7 ), picking up where they left off after a choppy week dominated by tariff-induced turmoil.
Singapore’s share index, the Nikkei and the Kospi plunged at the start of buying as traders remained spooked by the crushing tariffs announced by US President Donald Trump on Apr 2.  ,
