Burger &, Lobster Singapore responded to supporters on its Instagram page by stating that the ring was leaving Singapore and that the closing is continuous. In the past, Burger & Lobster had shut down its Raffles Hotel location in the late 2024.
Following an incident in May 2022 where over 130 diners reported experiencing gastroenteritis at the Jewel Changi Airport outlet, Burger &, Lobster Singapore was fined S$ 3, 000 ( US$ 2, 250 ) in April 2024.
