During her four-day formal visit starting on Wednesday, authorities spokeswoman Jirayu Houngsub stated that Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra intends to strengthen ties with China in some areas, especially their long-term expense partnership.

As preparations are being made for the appearance of another set of large pandas on mortgage from China to mark the 50th anniversary of Sino-Thai relations this year, the PM instructed the appropriate agencies to help efforts to promote social and delicate power exchanges between the two countries.
