In June and September of this year, he was charged with abusing another 10-year-old by kneeling him on his neck and caning him on the third and fourth matters.
Kalmizah Salleh, a deputy public prosecutor, requested that the judge impose a maximum sentence that would serve as a barrier to society and a lesson to the accused, according to NST.  ,

Materials ISSUED AGAINST GISB-LINKED FIRMS
Individually, Malaysia’s Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Armizan Mohd Ali said that his government has imposed materials equivalent to RM4.4 million against 12 GISB-linked companies lately.
The Businesses Commission of Malaysia ( SSM) conducted an investigation to determine whether the 12 companies had adhered to the requirements for monthly statements and financial statements, according to Bernama.
” Besides GISB, there are 17 other businesses using the GISB moniker in their SSM membership. A review of information and websites related to GISB or “Ikhwan” at the same time revealed that 201 companies may remain linked to GISB.
” One of the company’s obligations every year is to send their audited financial statements. According to Mr. Armizan, these 12 companies violated the requirements for submitting their Monthly Statement and Financial Statement as per the SSM research.
GISB Holdings, a Muslim conglomerate, which has assets totalling around RM325 ( US$ 78.6 million ) million globally, was established in 2010.  ,
It owns supermarkets, minimarkets, bakeries, 120 restaurants and other businesses in Malaysia, the Middle East, Europe and China, according to a 2022 report cited in Free Malaysia Today ( FMT ).
GISB is thought to have ties to the Al Arqam religion, which was deported by Indonesian religious officials in 1994 for abusing its practices.
Regulators in Malaysia rescued 402 children and teenagers from reportedly GISB-owned care facilities in Selangor and Negeri Sembilan on Sep 11th. First studies revealed that at least 13 of them had been sodomized or otherwise trained to sexually abuse other people.
And as of Sep 24, FMT reported that the amount of those who were saved has since increased to 572 children and teenagers.
More than 300 people – including GISB’s top control – have since been detained.
Anwar Ibrahim, the excellent minister of Malaysia, vowed on September 25 that he would not make any compromises in the GISB investigation. He stressed that the government are working to uncover the team’s reported misconducts.
