Typhoon Yagi collapses busy bridge in Vietnam

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc reported on Monday that a busy bridge in northern Vietnam has collapsed in the midst of very storms Yagi, which plowed 10 vehicles and two scooters into the Red River.
