Balmoral Bakery has no lack of regular customers who grew up with the company and who never have a problem traveling across the beach for a flavor of the good old days due to Mr. Lim’s intentional adherence to history.
” Some clients are also older than I am, and I’ve known them for years. When they stop visiting all of a sudden, you more or less know what happened”, he said.
However, their children may occur around and state,” My dad used to send me here when I was a child, and now it’s my move to take my children here.”
Balmoral Bakery has celebrated milestones for both its customers and their families for years, from childhood regards to marriage cakes and sweets for children ‘ one-month celebrations. Unfortunately, this would n’t be the case for much longer. As Mr. Lim’s 80th birthday techniques, Balmoral Bakery’s days are numbered.
Provide it another year or so. We’re almost it. My health is deteriorating, and this task is physically demanding. I think when I retire, I would have to say goodnight- farewell to the store entirely”, he said.
Mr. Lim shook his head when asked if he would be unwilling to bid him farewell at Balmoral Bakery.
” No hua. I’ve kept at it for so much. When I retire, there’s no pressure and no stress. I can eventually sleep”.
