One of two English gentlemen who was just beaten by security soldiers at a beach town lodged a complaint with the police, but his fellow man chose not to record the attack due to safety concerns.
Officials asked the two immigrants who were depicted in the videotapes to give statements and lodge a complaint against the attackers on Wednesday, according to Pattaya police chief officer Pol Col Nawin Theerawit.  ,
The other stranger, a colleague of the two Britons, had now left Pattaya for Bangkok, said Pol Col Nawin.
At around 5 p.m. on May 24, authorities detained three security personnel who were involved in the rape at Helicopter Bar Soi 6.
Authorities said the three troops- Ball, 27, Tom, 36, and Snow, 24– confessed to the crime. According to Mr Ball’s speech, a foreign buyer shoved and punched him second, breaking his nose and requiring six needles. The watch apologised, saying he and his associates lost power and overreacted.
Spectators used cellular phones to record the battle, which was captured on camera. A security guard was initially attacked in video. The three soldiers therefore retaliated.
Mr Bryce Mahoney, a 42- yr- ancient English nationwide, sustained bruises on his experience, head and body. On Wednesday, he reported the incident to the Pattaya City officers place.  ,
He claimed to have been assaulted on May 24 because it was his day. Since lunch, he and his two other friends have been drinking in the club. After drinking, a debate over the expenses pay escalated into violence.
After giving his speech, Mr Mahoney filed a grievance against those involved. His companion, who was also assaulted, did certainly report a problem due to safety concerns if he remained in Pattaya, according to authorities.
Initial charges against the three adversaries were filed with working as security guards without authority, which can lead to a three-month prison sentence and/or a fine of up to 5, 000 baht each. Authorities would bring more fees of physical abuse against them.
According to a police origin, the attackers had never received any security guard training from any state organizations or security firms. Police were conducting further inquiries and would report additional charges if additional crimes were discovered.
