SIA says New Zealand couple seated next to passenger with dog accepted refund, travel vouchers

Singapore Airlines ( SIA ) announced on Thursday( Sep 21) that a New Zealand couple who were & nbsp and were seated next to another passenger who was bringing their dog have agreed to be reimbursed for the difference in fare for switching cabin tiers during the flight.

In June, Gill and Warren Press discovered that the customer in the first sector chair next to them had a dog while they were on an SIA flight from Paris to Singapore. & nbsp, Mrs. Press reported to the New Zealand website Stuff that the dog was snoring, farting, and drooling.

After takeoff, the pair was eventually transferred to two seats in business school. On September 9, SIA informed CNA that both passengers were not allowed to reoccupy the advanced economy class room because it was already full.

In response to CNA questions on Thursday, SIA said it” apologises to Mr. and Mrs. Press for their expertise on board their journey from Paris to Singapore.”

Since the tragedy, SIA has been in contact with them and values their patience in this situation.

They have since agreed to receive a payment as well as travel vouchers for the change in suffer between their initial tickets in prime economy class and their subsequent tickets.
