Malaysia PM Anwar to visit Singapore on Sep 13

Anwar Ibrahim, the prime minister of Malaysia, will travel to Singapore on Wednesday( Sept 13 ) to give a speech at the Asia Summit, which is being organized by think tank & nbsp, Milken Institute.

Policymakers, business executives, and academics from a variety of fields will attend the conference, which will take place from September 13 to 15, to talk about issues like digitalization, & nbsp, global inequality, public health, or environmental sustainability.

This is the Asia Summit for the Milken Institute’s 10th and NBPSP.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs( MFA ) announced in a press release on Tuesday that Mr. Anwar and his wife, as well as Wan Azizah Ismail, will be hosted for tea by & nbsp, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, and their wife.

Tengku Zafrul Aziz, the minister of investment, trade, and industry in Malaysia, as well as Foreign Affairs Minister & nbsp Zambry Abdul Kadir, will be with Mr. Anwar, who is also the finance minister.

As prime minister, Mr. Anwar traveled to Singapore for the first time on January 30. During that time, he signed bilateral agreements on cybersecurity, online and green economies, and other topics.

According to MFA, the meeting between the two leaders” reaffirmed the historic and unwavering connection” between them.
