SINGAPORE: A man is charged with assaulting two 15-year-old female within 15 minutes of one another in a storm stream at Sentosa.
Murchoyea Bumal, a 37-year-old Mauritian national, appeared in court once more on Thursday( Apr 13 ) to discuss his case.
Bumal was initially accused of using criminal force against the two teenagers on March 31 because he knew it would probably offend their modesty.
Both alleged incidents took place on March 18 of last year after lunch in the BluWater Bay Tsunami wave stream at Adventure Cove Waterpark on Sentosa Island.
He is charged with first slapping the thigh of a lady who was 15 years old. About 15 minutes later, he reportedly touched another 15-year-old girl’s’s personal objects from behind.
His way was postponed until May.
He could receive any combination of the following punishments per possession if found guilty of harassment, including up to three years in prison, a fine, and cane.
