Yung Filly: YouTuber admits dangerous driving in Australia

While awaiting bail, American YouTuber Yung Filly admitted to reckless driving while serving a rape-related sentence in Australia.

The 29-year-old, whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, admitted to driving at almost 60km/h ( 37mph ) over the speed limit on a Perth highway last month.

He is still facing eight physical abuse counts after an incident at a bar in September that claimed he attacked a lady in his motel room in Perth.

Barrientos is best known for his contributions to the YouTube social Alpha Squad, which has appeared on BBC Three.

His lawyer told Barrientos ‘ attorney that she would plead guilty to the driving crime, which led to the arrest of his car in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday.

The event was postponed until January 30 to be heard along with Barrientos ‘ other costs, which include three counts of assault causing physical harm, three counts of choking, and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.

The singer was performing his tunes while on a tour in Australia at the time of the alleged incident. His bail problems forbid him from leaving the state of Western Australia or from discussing the case on social media.

Barrientos won a Mobo Award for best press character in the UK in 2021, making him a well-known media figure. He has even appeared on Channel 4’s Fantastic Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer and ITV’s Soccer Aid.
