Work It Podcast: Multiple side hustles or a 9-to-5?

Tiffany:
Okay, so you could pick something that had balance and that you could also make money while working on the side when you finished it.

Alvin:
Well, and then of course with the life change, I will hide down and live below that methods, for myself and for the children. &nbsp,

Gerald:
What Alvin is demonstrating or displaying is that his options of work really fit his life, fulfills his expectations, and he is still in control of his options. But if this state there’s heavier pledges on certain things, he has to change lanes to become a full-time paid employee, he did. &nbsp,

He’s never fixated on being a concert employer, being a collection employee. He’s willing to switch lines. Only that all of these things have an impact on how we would view work, depending on the season, the demands of his life, and the expectations of those around him. &nbsp,

On the other side, I think for full-time salaried employees, a lot of them they feel they do n’t have that control. They feel like I’m stuck. Because I’m so dependent on this salary and do n’t know what else I can do to turn my life around, I have no choice but to stay put. &nbsp,
