A person in Chiang Rai is requesting assistance from the government in locating her husband, who was kidnapped in Israel on October 7 by the militant Palestinian organization Hamas.

Suntree Saelee, 28, a 28-year-old Hmong peasant from Ban Kio Kan in the Chiang Khong district’s tambon ring, claimed that the harm caused her to lose touch with Kong Saelao, 26, who was 26 years old.

A farmer’s camp in an olive vineyard in Khirbet Mador, on 3 kilometers from the Gaza Strip, a Palestinian territory, was raided on October 7 by Hamas militants, according to Ms. Suntree.

She claimed that while Mr. Kong and three other Thais stayed in the station, her husband’s colleague was able to flee. Later, the coworker displayed images and a movie clip of Mr. Kong being dragged away by some gentlemen wearing military garb, according to the fellow.

She observed that the photos revealed he was struggling to breathe.

Ms. Suntree sobbed as she said,” I knew it was him when I saw the photograph and the time.” ” I am worried about his security. Assist him, please!

She claimed Mr. Kong made approximately 50,000 ringgit a month working at the olive farm for 11 months. She claimed that he intended to set aside money to purchase a vehicle for his family as well as the construction of his new home.

She continued,” He is the sole breadwinner in the family, and he spoke to her every time via an online program.”

She claimed that on October 7 in the morning, he informed her of a struggle that had started and that there had been gunshots and blasts.

She claimed that the telephone ended and she lost touch with him around 11.30 a.m.

District Chief Wirun Sitthiwong stated that the provincial government had given a Chiang Khong Hospital group instructions to help Ms Suntree’s family.

Weera Khantan, a Thai worker, is also being repatriated from Israel by the city in response to tambon Wiang’s request.

According to Wilaiporn Saeya, the secretary village chief of Ban Kio Doi Luang, more than 20 Hmong people have worked in Israel and South Korea, respectively.

The majority of people in the villages now andnbsp are older people, women, and children because young men want to get better earnings for their families, he said.

To save money and pay their debts, the people work abroad for two to five times, he claimed.
