A BMA panel’s management of a woman’s claim that she had been romantically harassed by a Bangkok Metropolitan Administration top executive has disappointed the court.

The target, identified only as Ae, 30, was a part of Bangkok government Chadchart Sittipunt’s group.

She claims that a BMA top professional sexually harassed her and has requested justice in the internet.

The BMA set up a sensor. But, Mr. Chadchart had only requested that the accused retire from his position as secretary secretary-general on June 7 due to a lack of evidence.

Mr Ae on Saturday&nbsp, responded to the subject, saying the BMA board had had facts of the crime in the form of Line communications.

She continued,” The accused apologized for the event in the reports and admitted his crime.”

Two lieutenant governors likewise witnessed the statement of the criminal, she said.

Nevertheless, the committee did not call these two deputies to speak as testimony, she said.

Ms. Ae revealed to the Bangkok Post that she joined Mr. Chadchart’s battle group in April 2021.

She left in March of last year, but she continued to assist with empty initiatives at City Hall, she said.

She claimed that despite her best efforts to push him away, a senior executive approached her from behind while dining with the group after work in April of last year, strongly hugged and kissed her throat and ear.

She claimed that soon afterward, she reported the incident to the president’s deputy director and his lieutenant administrators.

The accused tried to reconcile with Ms Ae in June last month, admitting his crime. On social media, Ms Ae requested an explanation from him.

She hoped for justice through other means of redress because the man did n’t do that.

She complained via the Traffy Fondue smart apps in August. The situation is still pending.

Ms Ae has requested that professionals from BMA understand the investigation through a Line team for professionals and reporters. She was then kicked out of the party as a result.

Another member of the team was biologically harassed, but she did not want to take actions because a legal team determined that her situation was not regarded as sexual harassment, Ms Ae added.
