Srettha Thavisin, the prime minister, reported on Sunday that the ambassador had written to him asking that the Thai atmosphere force purchase F-16 Block 70 fighter jets, but that many details had not been discussed, including his demand for mutual and similar investment in Thailand.

The primary minister said the US embassy, Robert Godec, wrote to him to beg the air pressure to buy F- 16 Block 70 fighter jets&nbsp, from the US company Lockheed Martin.

Because the air force had been using F-16 Block 35 jets for a long time, Mr. Srettha claimed to have spoken with ACM Panpakdee Patanakul, the weather force’s director, on numerous occasions about the project to get fresh fighter jets.

According to Mr. Srettha, he advised the air pressure chief to decide which fighter jets should be selected based on the 10-year air pressure development plan and his “offset policy,” which required that the provider invest in Thailand at the same rate as the purchase price.

The US president’s call was made as Sweden was offering to sell its SAAB Gripen fighter jets&nbsp, to the atmosphere power. &nbsp,
