Two toxic waste ships banned from Thailand

Thai ports have been prohibited from two Danish ships that are apparently carrying dangerous furnace spend from Albania to Thailand.

The container ship Maersk Candor’s next proved location was of South Africa last Friday, according to deputy transport minister Manaporn Charoensri on Wednesday. It was scheduled to arrive in Singapore on August 24. &nbsp,

The next vehicle, the Maersk Campton, was scheduled to attain Singapore on Thursday, she said. Neither vehicle was in Thai lakes.

Around 100 tanks of energy arc furnace particles were reported to remain traveling on the two ships to Laem Chabang Port in Chon Buri state.

Port Authority of Thailand director-general Kriengkrai Chaisiriwongsuk told Thai PBS&nbsp, there had been no touch with the two boats, no demand to visit Thailand. He emphasized that spare supplies would not be accepted in Thailand.

Jatuporn Buruspat, permanent minister for natural sources and setting, confirmed one of the boats was in Malaysian waterways. He claimed that Singapore had been informed that Thailand would never recognize dust from electric arc furnaces. &nbsp,
