The legal presumption clause for high-rise littering aims to put a greater emphasis on preventing litter on documented smooth owners and tenants.
If a smooth proprietor or tenant ca n’t demonstrate in a given time period that they are not the offender, the owner or landlord will be taken to judges in cases where it has been established that the unit is the cause of litter.
There is a policy in place to deal with people who come from vulnerable organizations like the elderly or those who are mentally or physically handicapped. These criminals ‘ communities may submit supporting documentation to NEA.
