AYUTTHAYA: A metal tugboat sank in the Pa Sak Lake in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district on Sunday. No one was hurt in the incident, an official mentioned.
Peerathorn Naksuk, director from the marine office of Ayutthaya, said the boat sank before Wat Prasat brow, and his office has been alerted at about noon.
Nobody was reported deceased or injured because all people on board the particular vessel were wearing life jackets in line with the Marine Department’s regulations, he said.
A basic safety warning buoy continues to be placed at the spot.
Authorities from the marine workplace were investigating what caused the ship to sink, and formulating a plan to salvage it from your river bed.
