WASHINGTON:  , US President Donald , Trump‘s steep , tariff , hike , targeting Chinese , goods, which took effect Thursday ( Apr 10 ),  , brings , Washington’s additional , rate , on , many , products , to , 145 , percent, the White House confirms.
