A delivery truck fell off the finish of a washed-out gate on Wednesday in Tak state during heavy rains in the early hours of the morning.

The driver, who was 50, was later discovered with severe wounds and taken to Umphang Hospital. &nbsp,

On the way to Mae Sot, the bridge crosses a big river in the Umphang district’s tambon Mo Kro.

The area’s previous flooding had been constant throughout the previous days, and a portion of the bridge’s support had fallen as a result of the rain-swollen creek’s destroyed support.

Heavy rains covered the bridge, and it was believed that the truck had fled the damaged finish at around 3am, dropping roughly 5 meters. &nbsp, The vehicle was critically injured when found by emergency responders, and was rushed to hospital.

The broken gate and later accident brought traffic along the road to a halt. 10 buses carrying more than 200 tourists and ambulances transporting patients to a doctor in Mae Sot city were halted. &nbsp,

Road maintenance team were present at the field. A single-lane momentary gate had been slung across the space, allowing visitors to continue. It was not known when maintenance would get completed. &nbsp,
