A large pipe slammed into a trailer on Friday morning ( Mar 21 ), preventing traffic and creating a traffic jam along Balestier Road.
Around 9am, the police claimed they received an alert about the accident along Balestier Road and Thomson Road, adding that it was thought the video had skidded.
No accidents were reported.
The truck driver, a 31-year-old gentleman, is assisting with studies.  ,
