According to Bangkok governor Chadchart Sittipunt, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration ( BMA ) has received almost 600,000 complaints through its Traffy Fondue platform over the past two years. The majority of the complaints relate to road issues, according to Bangkok governor Chadchart Sittipunt.

In its next month, Mr. Chadchart revealed that 345, 975 complaints had been submitted on the system, which is 1.5 times as many as it was in the first time.

The BMA can now resolve issues that used to acquire a month to resolve in just two days thanks to the platform.

Originally, it took the company up to 32 times to resolve, he said.

The swifter approach has boosted women’s achievement level, with a score of 4.11 out of 5, and they are now content, he said.
