According to Bangkok governor Chadchart Sittipunt, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration ( BMA ) has received almost 600,000 complaints through its Traffy Fondue platform over the past two years. The majority of the complaints relate to road issues, according to Bangkok governor Chadchart Sittipunt.
Mr Chadchart just provided an overview of Traffy Fondue’s ability to solve Bangkok women’s issues, saying the product’s primary goal is to address issues that affect people ‘ daily life.
According to him, a total of 588, 842 issues have been submitted on the system, with 465, 291 problems, or 79 % of all issues, having been addressed.
He added that 201, 355 complaints, by far the majority, were related to the city’s roads, while other issues frequently reported included the condition of footpaths ( 84, 095 ), safety ( 61, 044 ), street lights ( 57, 162 ) and sanitation ( 52, 225 ).
In its next month, Mr. Chadchart revealed that 345, 975 complaints had been submitted on the system, which is 1.5 times as many as it was in the first time.
The BMA can now resolve issues that used to acquire a month to resolve in just two days thanks to the platform.
Originally, it took the company up to 32 times to resolve, he said.
The swifter approach has boosted women’s achievement level, with a score of 4.11 out of 5, and they are now content, he said.
Mr. Chadchart cited Traffy Fondue’s benefits, including the system’s ability to receive feedback from users, the lack of letters and telephone calls to post complaints, and the 24/7 flexible time frame during which complaints can be submitted.

276 suspects from 52 substance networks were reportedly detained in Bangkok between June 20 and June 27 during an online conference of an anti-narcotics council presided over by Mr. Chadchart on Thursday.
The BMA, the Metropolitan Police Bureau, and the Office of the Narcotics Control Board ( ONCB) collaborated on the task.
A total of 800 milligrams of crystal cocaine, 13, 131 meth pills, 45, 398 joy pills, 400 grammes of cocaine, 150 grammes of morphine, four firearms and 21 rounds of ammunition were seized and 87 medicine users were sent to rehab.
