When a swimming vessel caught fire 13 coastal yards off Khao Lak in Khao Lak state on Saturday morning, 26 people had to leave.

Around 4.15 a.m., the Maritime Enforcement Command Centre received a hotline call announcing that the boat in Takua Pa district, which had 16 foreigners and Thai nationals on board, was bright.

All 26 passengers on the abandoned ship were ultimately saved and transported carefully to shore on a life raft.

The MV Dirace Class B, which was bringing tourists to Khao Lak National Park’s coral reef and the shipwreck of the miners send Boonsong, was intended to transport visitors to a level of 20 meters.

Officials were looking into the fire’s origin.

The visitor boat Aor Subpiti’s flames on Saturday caused two crewmembers to fall from Koh Kut in Trat on Friday, which was followed by the incident. The team was hurt while helping a Thai family of four leave the ship, and the engine apparently erupted into lights during the return journey to Koh Kut.

The 16-year-old Aor Subpiti navigator suffered considerable burns to his arms and face as a result of an attempt to put the fire out, according to authorities.
