Toilet voyeur who was caught red-handed fled by driving car through parking barrier, gets jail

A victim saw a weirdo standing in front of a woman’s washroom to take pictures of the women relieving themselves, and he was caught red-handed.

He fled and entered his vehicles, but a person tried to stop him from leaving, but he was stopped by her.

Undaunted, he pushed her brain along with his vehicle, crashed through the park challenge and fled the scene.

Lim Pang Boon Adrian Michael, a 48-year-old Singaporean, was sentenced to one quarter and three month ‘ prison next month.

The judge gave his justification for the sentence, which Lim is contesting, in a judgment that was made public on Thursday ( Sep 12 ).

With a fourth charge being taken into consideration, Lim had admitted guilt to three of the charges: legal trespass to perpetrate voyeurism, attempted pornography, and a reckless act endangering personal safety.

Due to a gag order to protect the defendant’s identity, the names of the parties involved and the building’s precise location are redacted from the view.

WHAT HAPPENED

On the day of Jun 9, 2021, Lim entered an office tower while driving a private-hire vehicles.

He entered a particular children’s restroom because he was aware of the presence of people entering a particular dating organization.

After that, Lim entered the center bathroom and locked the door, waiting for a goal to provide an adjacent desk.

At about 7.45pm, the 32-year-old target left her business and entered a bathroom next to Lim.

Before&nbsp, Lim looked up and observed the person placing his cellphone over the top and with its cameras facing downwards as she approached the wall separating the cubicles.

Before he could do thus, the sufferer noticed Lim’s telephone. Frightened and frightened, she quickly left and went up to her workplace for help.

When the victim and the second girl reached the room carpark, Lim attempted to drive away, but the two women kept on running.

The next woman stood in front of the vehicle to prevent him from leaving. However, as she drove toward her, Lim struck her straight leg, pushed her figure along the front of the car, and then hit her left leg.

The woman attempted to open the vehicle’s entrance, but Lim kept going as the woman continued to drive and reached to close the door.

He next drove past the park barrier as he sped away, breaking it. To prevent being struck, a security guard had to make a leap out of the way.

The person who had been hit by the car sought medical attention because she had a sprained chest, knuckles on her thighs, and had a sprained neck.

Lim was eventually arrested. He was a first-time criminal who had sensual condition, according to the defense, who requested three weeks in jail.

Lim has paid S$ 2, 500 each to the target and the second person, on top of offering to refund the author’s medical bills.

He also paid S$ 1, 000 to the security guard who jumped out of the way and another S$ 1, 000 to the control of the building.

Due to Lim’s sensual condition, district judge Video Yong Tuck Leong rejected the defense’s request to lessen the sentence.

He cited a report from the IMH, which claimed Lim’s understanding of the nature of his crimes was never compromised and that there was no possible connection between the crimes.

The girl was allegedly intimidated by Lim by using his car as a means of intimidation.

The statement was issued in order to convey a clear information to another like-minded individuals that such behavior is completely unacceptable, he said.
