Interior secretary Anutin’s sport course among properties in limelight

A council of advisors to the agriculture minister’s office has expanded its scope of its research into land encroachment in the Pak Chong area of Nakhon Ratchasima, close to Khao Yai National Park.
The Bhumjaithai Party leader and internal secretary are among those who are interested in the Rancho Charnvee Resort and Country Club, which is owned by the home of Anutin Charnvirakul.
Thanadol Suwannarit, an assistant to the crops minister, said on Wednesday that the crew had inspected three places in the city on Tuesday.
Because the land has been designated for farming by the Agricultural Land Reform Office ( Alro ), and other businesses are prohibited, they determined that the first location where the Art Tree Cafe Khao Yai is located must be closed.
At the next page, the Toscana Valley Golf Course, the land was found to become officially owned. Yet, the site occupied about 2, 000 ray near Khao Yai National Park.
Preliminary investigations show that people who reside in the Lam Takhong self-help arrangement place were able to obtain the property title deed from Nor Kor 3 property ownership documents. The next step is to check whether the contract was properly issued, as Mr. Thanadol said the area in question has been designated a land reform place by Alro.
Additionally, the council took a tour of Rancho Charnvee Resort and Country Club.
Mr. Thanadol claimed that the property was legally obtained with a name work, but he must make sure that the timing of its issuing is accurate and that some of the land is situated in the Alro land reform area.
” This is not related to politics. We are conducting a tentative evaluation to determine whether a purchase and sale of land was made using a legal name deed, he said.
” The golf course is located in the Sor Por Kor place by Alro, so the accuracy of the title deed may be checked,” Alro states in the area reform place image.
The commission chaired by the Alro secretary-general will receive all evaluation outcomes for consideration. The staff will quickly examine three more well-known websites.
Polapee Suwanchwee, a Bhumjaithai MP for Nakhon Ratchasima, said Mr Thanadol’s exploration may impact the purchase price of Pak Chong. He said Mr Thanadol keeps looking for shortcomings, which had care any investment.
” I’m not sure whether Mr. Thanadol’s actions are in line with his duties because it started with the distribution of false information to undermine people,” Thanadol said.
