Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra may go to Chiang Mai from March 14–16 to pay his respects to his deceased friends, a cause said yesterday.
The ex- excellent minister did visit Bangkok City Pillar Shrine at 7.30am on March 14, before departing for the northern county on his personal aircraft. He did attend his mother’s tomb at Wat Rong Tham Samakkee in San Kamphaeng region on March 15. Paetongtarn, his youngest daughter and head of the Pheu Thai Party did follow him.
Critics suspect he did meet Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin, who is scheduled to be in the state later in the evening.
