Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra arrived at the Criminal Court on Monday night to request the witnesses and evidence names in the alleged lesbian majority situation arising from an interview he conducted in Seoul in 2015. He claimed he was unconcerned and that he was not concerned.
At 8.53 a.m., Thaksin showed up at the courtroom in Bangkok in a bright shirt and a black coat. Before entering the judge, he briefly addressed writers.
” I have no problems. According to him, the incident occurred immediately after the revolution and involved the use of the law to strengthen the coup’s hold on power.
The case’s evaluation of the facts and see listings will take place on Monday at the court hearing. It concerns remarks Thaksin made on May 21, 2015 during an interview with the North Korean paper Chosun Ilbo in Seoul.  ,
In the meeting, he claimed that secret council backed the revolution that overthrew the government of his younger girl, Yingluck Shinawatra. He was even accused of computer crime in addition to the allegations that the appointment was made public onine under section 112.
After his trial in June, he was released on bail of 500, 000 ringgit and prohibited from leaving the country without the judge’s agreement.
He requested health care in Dubai last month, but the court rejected his request and declared that Thailand offered the same level of care.
Thaksin claimed that he wanted to see Dubai doctors who treated him in Dubai on August 2 and 8 for herniated disk, breathing and heart conditions, and serious lung disease.
Thaksin stated that he would travel to Thailand before his scheduled court day of August 19 and that he also needed to meet significant people in Dubai for specific business.
The court determined that doctors in Thailand had address Thaksin’s illnesses as well as the general public. The judge stated that Thaksin’s meetings with folks in Dubai were intimate matters.
The prosecutor concluded that a trip abroad was certainly necessary, and Thaksin was unable to leave the country because the requested time was approaching Aug. 19.  ,
