According to the Meteorological Department, Thailand is expected to experience a lot of summertime winds between April 26 and May 2.
From April 26 through May 1, there will be thunderstorms, gusty breezes, hailstorms, isolated heavy rains, and potential lightning strikes in north and northeast Thailand. A reasonable high-pressure program from China is causing the convergence of southerly and southerly winds over top Thailand in the midst of intense heat. This is causing the weather disruptions.  ,
A western basin from Myanmar is expected to move over north and northeast Thailand between April 28 and May 1, maintaining unfavorable weather conditions. Although there will be fewer storms after May 1, strong winds and occasional thunderstorms are expected to persist as a result of ongoing weather integration.  ,
Heavy rain will fall in parts of the South from April 26 through April 28 due to southerly and south winds moving through the Gulf of Thailand and southeasterly breezes moving over the Andaman Sea. In the Andaman Sea, storm hills are anticipated to be around 1 meter, and they will rise to over 2 meter in areas with thunderstorms.
Winds are expected to reduce substantially between April 29 and May 2, with lower wave heights below 1 meter, but isolated thunderstorms does also produce waves greater than 2 meters.  ,
