Thai survivor seeks Israeli aid

One of the victims of the Israel-Hamas war, a Thai employee from the northern state of Udon Thani, has complained to the media that his title was not included among Thai workers who were receiving financial aid from the Israeli government.

Wittawas Kulwong, 35, was one of many Thai employees who were involved in the Hamas atrocity in southwestern Israel last year, according to a resource on Tuesday. Despite suffering severe injuries, he managed to survive and afterward went home.

The man claimed that a group of Hamas militants stormed his staff ‘ station on the morning of October 7 especially to search for Thai employees. As bullets flung across the town’s offices and meat coops, he and his coworkers ran for their lives.

The attackers instructed Mr. Wittawas to getting down on the ground with his hands behind his chest after being found lying in a hole by him.

He claimed he resisted, fought again, and was then stabbed in the head, which caused him to eventually pass out after receiving a lot of blood. One radical allegedly slashed his mouth to end him away, he claimed.

Some time later, Mr. Wittawas crawled out of the tent to seek assistance after regaining consciousness. After that, he was taken to a doctor.

Mr. Wittawas said,” I always thought I had survive.”

Before he returned to Thailand, he claimed he was confirmed by Israeli officials on October 19 as a victim of the extraordinary invasion on Israeli dirt and that he would receive financial aid.

However, he discovered that Israel would not pay compensation for his name because it was n’t on a list of victims.

Local officials are asking Israeli authorities to look into the matter, according to the Udon Thani municipal labor department.
