Thai students score poorly in maths, reading, science

In the most recent global Programme for International Student Assessment ( PISA ) ratings, Thai students received poor grades in math, reading, and science.

Thai students aged 15 were given 394 math scores in the most recent PISA assessment by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development last year ( down from 419 on the &nbsp, 2018 assessment ), 409 in science, and 379 in reading, down from 393.

Thai individuals scored 58th on the assessment&nbsp, which included 81 countries, for math and science and 64th for studying.

The Thai schooling system’s performance had deteriorated over the previous 10 to 20 years, according to MP Parit Wacharasindhu of the Move Forward Party, and the assessment results should make people aware of how important Thai educational systems were.
