A person secretly filmed his landlord taking a shower and her young daughter changing outfits in the home he shared with their home over the course of five years.
The 40-year-old was jailed for 19 months on Monday ( Dec 30 ) after pleading guilty to two counts of voyeurism and one count of insulting the young girl’s modesty , – the old charge under which voyeurism was punishable.
Two additional similar claims were considered in punishment.
Both victims ‘ names are protected by a gag purchase. The defendant’s name was redacted in court papers.
When the crimes became public, the gentleman had been the mother’s client for about ten years. When he was detained in April, he was employed as an operator of an aircraft equipment.
Investigators discovered 74 photos of the landlady’s videos, nine of her daughter’s videos, and 13 of the landlady’s videos on the boy’s equipment.
