Former assistant police chief threatens to prosecute graft-busters.
National Anti-Corruption Commission ( NACC ) investigators will be looking into the case until Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin is reinstated, according to suspended deputy national police chief Pol Gen Surachate Hakparn, who was suspended on Monday.
Pol Gen Surachate, aka Big Joke, said the prime minister was likewise president of the officers commission and, as such, could have the fee withdraw the expulsion order.
According to Pol Gen Surachate,” the excellent minister said that the order was incomplete.”” If the prime minister is careless and does not follow the law, I must file a legal action against the perfect minister,” he said.
The suspension of Pol Gen Surachate was authorized by then-acting federal police captain Pol Gen Kitrat Panphet in April, and it was immediately signed. It was connected to the claim that he and four of his colleagues worked for the BNK Master gaming system in money-laundering.
Pol Gen Surachate added that he would contact the NACC about the person who authorized his expulsion without naming Pol Gen Kitrat.
Pol Gen Surachate said it was evident that 70 to 80 different police officers had been subjected to abuse, and that if he were reinstated, he did look into the dismissal orders against him.
On the severity of the case, pertinent facts, and relevant laws, Pol Gen Kitrat said on Monday.
He added that he had always followed orders when in charge of the federal police. National authorities key Pol Gen Torsak Sukvimol was reinstated after his tenure as acting commander was over.
Pol Gen Kitrat, who may retire at the end of September, claimed he had always considered it.
