A picture that is currently being circulated on social media purports to show former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra being removed from his chamber at the Police General Hospital for an MRI and CT scan in October of last year.

On Wednesday, the Criminal Case Division of the Supreme Court examined Thaksin Shinawatra’s conviction for holding social opportunities.

The judge made the decision after it dismissed a complaint from previous Democrat MP Charnchai Issarasenarak. He questioned whether Thaksin’s entrance to Police General Hospital and subsequent admission that until he was granted parole equivalented to serving his sentence in a true prison.

The judge ruled that Mr. Charnchai’s lawsuit was unconstitutional and that he was not a party to the Thaksin situation.

The court, however, asserted that the event was a case and that the court had the authority to investigate because it was claimed that the prison sentence might not have been served.

The judge ordered the director-general of Police General Hospital, the director-general of the Bangkok Remand Prison, and the director-general of the Department of Corrections to make it clear within 30 times whether Thaksin’s prison sentence was carried out as ordered by the court.

The reading was scheduled for 9o’clock on June 13 in the Criminal Case Division of the Supreme Court for Persons Holding Political Positions.

After more than 15 times of self-exile worldwide, Thaksin returned to the state on August 22, 2023.

He was soon given the sentence for abuse of authority and conflict of interest while serving as excellent minister prior to 2006, eight years in prison in three circumstances, and was later reduced to one time by royal mercy.

He was quickly transported to Bangkok Remand Prison upon his return to Thailand, but only 13 days later, on August 22, he was transferred to Police General Hospital.

In light of concerns over whether he had received wealthy therapy, he remained in the clinic until he was granted parole earlier in 2024. &nbsp,

His rivals demanded proof of his critical illness shortly after leaving Police General Hospital, citing his greatly improved health. The Medical Council of Thailand even made the decision to look into the situation. During the most recent condemnation discussion, the Opposition also raised concerns about Thaksin’s health.

Officials have repeatedly questioned the anonymity of , individual data, and the potential danger for Thaksin’s life if he were to be sent back to prison.
