SURAT THANI: A Spanish man was detained for doubting in connection with the identification of human body parts at a waste on the southwestern area of Koh Phangan, which is well-known for hosting Full Moon celebrations.

Police, criminal officers, and health personnel from Koh Phangan Hospital arrived on Friday to investigate the scene after discovering additional body parts in a black plastic carrier at the plop site in the Surat Thani province’s Moo 4 area.

The case was discovered to contain two lower limbs, a dark T-shirt, some short clothing, and two red athletes.

At the same location, garbage collectors had found body parts on Thursday, including a sawed-off hip and intestines weighing about five kilograms. Due to its size, authorities believe that the hips probably belonged to a foreign person.

Police detained the 40-year-old suspected Hispanic male on Friday to question him about any potential connections to the body parts.

According to a cause, the suspect and nbsp had previously reported the departure of his Brazilian colleague in an earlier missing person problem with the Koh Phangan police station.
