The number of road injury mortality during the first two weeks of Songkran go rose to 63 with 550 injuries, according to the president’s Road Safety Centre.
On Saturday, Justice Minister Tawee Sodsong reported that the Road Safety Centre’s data for road accidents revealed that there were 307 road accidents global on Friday, the next day of the road safety plan.  , There were , 38 incidents and 299 injury from the injuries.
Speeding was the main cause of accidents ( 41.37 % ), followed by , drink- driving ( 21.17 % ) and cutting in front of other vehicles ( 20.20 % ).
Motorcycles were the majority of the accidents ( 84.99 % ).  , Of the accidents, 86.32 % occurred on straight roads, 40.07 % on Highway Department roads and 25.73 % on roads at tambon administration  , organisations and villages.
According to the justice minister, the majority of the subjects were between the ages of 20 and 29.
There were 1, 762 key safety checkpoints, staffed by 51, 496 officials throughout the nation.
Phayao state exclusively reported the most injuries on Friday, with 15 being the most recent reports. Prachuap Khiri Khan and Phaya saw the most wounds, with 14 each. The regions with most road casualties were Nakhon Ratchasima, Roi Et and Chiang , Rai, with three each.
The accumulated images for Thursday and Friday were 541 highway accidents, with 550 wounds and 63 incidents.
Zero incidents from road accidents were reported in forty-two regions.
The provinces with the most accumulated accidents , were Chiang Rai and Prachuap Khiri Khan ( 21 each ). The most accumulated accidents were reported by Songkhla and Naksi Si Thammarat, respectively, at 22. Roi Et had the most deaths accumulated ( 5 ).
