Former deputy best minister, Somkid Jatusripitak, has been named leader of the Sang Anakhot Thai Party (SATP), a step preceding their highly-anticipated nomination as the prime ministerial candidate in the next general election.
Mister Somkid’s appointment had been made yesterday at a meeting in Bangkok between the party’s professional board and more compared to 300 of its possible candidates for the following election.
