A Malaysian court sentenced six former students to death on Wednesday ( July 24 ) for the murder of navy cadet Zulfarhan Osman Zulkarnain seven years ago.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court’s first 18-year jail sentences were overturned by the Court of Appeal, which reinstated the Penal Code’s Section 302 required death penalty.
The three-judge board concluded that the five kids had engaged in inciting and instructing the other five students to press a steam iron on the deceased’s system, including his personal pieces, while Judge Hadhariah stated in her decision that the screen had determined that the five learners had engaged in inciting and instructing the other five to do so.

According to Section 302 of the Penal Code, which forbids the execution of a person to death upon conviction, five of the pupils had originally been accused of murder.
According to Section 109 of the same Code, which even mandates the death penalty, Abdoul Hakeem was accused as an accomplice.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court then found all six of them guilty of injuring Zulfarhan with the intent to kill, in accordance with Section 304( a ) of the Penal Code, which forbids the sentence of up to 30 years in prison and a fine if the act was carried out with the intent to kill.
The six were accused of , committing the works in a place at the Jebat Hostel wall, UPNM, between 4.45am and 5.45am on May 22, 2017.
On June 1, 2017, Zulfarhan passed ahead at the Serdang Hospital.
The three-judge board likewise overturned the three-year prison sentences handed down to 12 different former students of the same school for putting Zulfarhan on four years in prison.
They were charged under Section 330 of the Penal Code, which provides for a maximum sentence of seven years in prison and a great, after being found innocent of intentionally causing Zulfarhan harm to obtain a statement that he had stolen a computer.
