Additionally, a unique collectible sheet for S$ 19.15 may be offered. A set of eight dark boxes in a folder and an anniversary S$ 10 stamp are included.
According to SingPost, this collectible plate was created by Mr. Andy Koh, who has created a number of stamp issues since 2000. The commemorative strip features a contemporary interpretation of conventional Chinese document cutting.
SingPost added that shipping labels purchased at a few Uncle shops located at the General Post Office and Suntec Post business will  now come with an exclusive dragon-themed Chinese New Year’s style starting on Friday.
While companies past, all dragon-themed stamps and gift items will be offered at post offices, numismatic shops, and registers, as well as online.
