HOW DO YOU MANAGE Job AND CARING FOR YOUR CHILDREN?
I have a lot of respect and admiration for parents who work, particularly shortly after giving birth. It’s never easy at all.  ,
It’s unique from most other working parents because I may spend 90 % of my day with my child while still working. But I did feel the pressure to present that,” Hey I’m still working! I’m also here! like I’m performing and singing despite having a child only one month before.
I had to be open and honest with myself about the fact that I may carry space for two things: I love being a mother and I love my job. And often, it’s okay to accept one more than the other.  ,
Being more careful about who I give my day and how much of it did for me as a mother. I don’t want to waste time like I once did; time is a valuable commodity nowadays.  ,
DO YOU FEEL LIKE A MOTHER NEEDS TO” REFILL YOUR CUP”?
It’s therefore important for parents to have the time to perform items for themselves. I firmly believe that the more we show up for our companions and kids, the more we show up for ourselves.  ,
Doing routines like getting my nails done, hanging out at a shop by myself, spending time with my close companions, or going on date nights with my spouse, brings me so much happiness. They keep my sense of self in check and give me like to dip into my child.  ,
NEW MUMS Frequently Discuss The Difference Between Their New Role and Their Former Self. HAVE YOU ANSWERED THIS Id THING?
I feel like a totally new people. The ancient me is dead and gone, and I’m totally fine with that.  ,
There were a lot of swings when I realized I was female. Today, I feel much more concentrated, driven, focused and stronger. I have changed my perspective, I trust my instincts, and things that used me until don’t anymore.  ,
This has been said before, and I’ll say it again: having a baby has changed me. I’m 100 per cent leaning into this new and improved type of myself, and I’m still learning more about who I’ll turn.
