Singapore’s air quality worsens, 1-hr PM2.5 reading in the east returns to elevated range

SINGAPORE: The air quality has once more decreased after two days of relief from the fog, with the 1-hour PM2.5 reading just entering the elevated range.

The reading was 56 in the second band( 56 to 150 ), above the normal range, as of 11 a.m.

Readings were within the normal range in the north, east, south, and northern regions. & nbsp,

According to data from the National Environment Agency( NEA ), the Pollutant Standards Index( PSI ) for the upcoming 24 hours is anticipated to be in the moderate range for all regions.
