Singaporeans in Lebanon should leave the nation “immediately via commercial options” as long as they are still available, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( MFA ) in an updated travel advisory on Saturday ( Sep 28 ).
They may also stay away from traveling to southern Lebanon and Beirut, which includes Israel’s borders.
Prior to this, MFA had formerly advised Singaporeans to leave the country” as soon as possible” and stay away from border crossings.

Residents living in Lebanon are” strongly encouraged” to sign up for MFA’s website so that the government can reach them in case of need.
