A Singaporean man was killed on Saturday ( Jun 8 ) when his motorcycle and a car making a U-turn on the Second Link Bridge collided.
Iskandar Puteri authorities captain M Kumarasan said the victim, who sustained severe head injuries, died at the scene.
The event involved a 31- yr- older gentleman on a Yamaha MT07 bike and a Proton Saga car at around 12.20 am on Saturday.
The research revealed that the car driver’s U-turn was permitted because he is the project manager for road repairs… The U- switch was made to approach another maintenance page northbound”, he said.

Singapore’s Immigration and Checkpoints Authority ( ICA ) added that there had been a , a traffic accident along the Second Link Bridge after Tuas Checkpoint on Saturday, and that departure clearance had been delayed until the scene was cleared on its Facebook page on Saturday.
Kumarasan added the 40- year- ancient auto pilot was unharmed , and the situation was under investigation.  ,
